• Any shoes left for over 3 months will be automatically donated to the Grael Foundation

• Photographs will be taken of the footwear and any before damages for insurance purposes.

• Due to the delicate methods that are needed, not all marks, dirt or stains can always be removed. Especially if they are deeply ingrained or have been left without treatment for a long time.

• Dyes may not be colourfast and some degree of colour loss/ run may occur.

• Customers will be advised if some stains and grime are not removable at the cleaning stage and may need restoration work to be at desired taste.

• Cleaning process will usually take between 3 -7 days depending on footwear and work carried out.

• Restoration process will take between 4 -10 days.

• What causes Yellowing? The yellowing of rubber is a natural process called oxidation. Cleaning alone will not return the rubber to white.

• We will not accept any damages made to counterfeit footwear as we can not guarantee the quality they are made to.

• If shoes are over 10 years old, they will be cleaned at your own risk.

Gråel Instagram Competition Terms and Condition.

1. This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in the UK. Employees of Grael and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. To enter the competition, participants must follow Gråel on Instagram, like, share, story tag the competition post, and tag 3 friends in the comments section.

3. The competition begins on 1/3/24 and ends on 31/4/24 Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on 1/4/24 via Instagram. The winner will be notified through direct message on Instagram and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner will be chosen.

5. The prize for this competition is £1000 in cash. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged any other alternative.

6. By entering this competition, participants agree to allow Gråel  to use their Instagram username and any content submitted for promotional purposes.

7.Gråel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
